Pools, heater and services
Pool, heater and gas use
The properties have a pool and a heater. Heating the water is optional: as a reference, gas usually costs approximately $2,000 to $2,500 MXN for a full weekend at the houses, and $3,000 to $3,500 MXN at Allegra Suites.
How to request it
Let us know if you would like the pool heated. The maintenance team coordinates the gas refill with the supplier, and you choose how much gas to load.
Consumption depends on the weather, the requested temperature and how long the heater is used. The ranges are approximate; they do not replace the quote or guarantee a fixed temperature or cost.
What the house gas includes
The house’s household gas is included. Gas for the pool heater is an optional service and must appear separately in your quote.
Additional pool service
For long stays, you can request an extra visit from the pool staff for cleaning or vacuuming. The current published cost for additional cleaning with chemicals is $500 MXN per service.
The service is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. The team will tell you the exact scope before scheduling it.
By property
- Allegra Homes houses: they are independent, private houses. Each one has its own pool, its own garden and its own entrance; they do not share a garden, pool or common areas with other guests.
- Allegra Suites: the pool is linked to the shared areas of the Suites and Jardín Allegra complex. Confirm the use of common areas; an exclusive pool per room is not promised.
