The basics for your stay

The property is handed over clean when you arrive. No rental includes cleaning during the stay.

It includes bed linens in every bedroom, bath towels and pool towels for the property’s registered capacity (houses and Allegra Suites), hand towels in every bathroom and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Towels are for the whole stay: linens are changed weekly only on stays of 7 nights or more.

There is no iron in the rooms; you can ask maintenance for an iron and ironing board.

If you would like additional cleaning while you are staying, request it in advance. It has an additional cost, is subject to availability and does not include food preparation.

On dates with an event at Jardín Allegra 55, the cleaning staff may be assigned to the garden and may not always be able to attend to the houses or Allegra Suites. The team will confirm availability before offering the service.

The WiFi password is shared on arrival. If you rely on video calls or remote work, ask about the property’s connection beforehand, as speed may vary.

Equipment that varies

Every house kitchen has pans, pots, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, a coffee maker, a blender and a microwave. We do not provide food storage containers (Tupperware); if you need them, we recommend bringing your own.

Villas Eucalipto has two kitchens and two living-dining rooms. Villa las Fuentes has a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Equipment at the other properties must be confirmed separately.

If you need a specific utensil, grill or piece of equipment, ask before booking.

By property

• Villa las Fuentes: bedroom 4 has a ceiling fan; the other three bedrooms and the living-dining rooms have air conditioning.
• Allegra Suites: all nine rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. A full kitchen is not provided in each room.
