How to request availability and a quote
Share your dates, number of guests and the property you are interested in. The calendar or quote tool starts the request; your booking is confirmed only when the team verifies availability, rate, capacity and payment.
Deposit, documents and booking confirmation
For direct lodging bookings, a 50% deposit is requested and the remaining 50% is paid one week before arrival. Confirmation depends on availability and on the payment having been received.
How seasons and nights are priced
The price depends on the property, the dates, the nights and the services. Always check the Prices page for current amounts. Single nights are not rented: the minimum is two nights at all properties; on long weekends (Mexican holiday weekends) and in high season, three nights.
Security deposit: what it covers and how it is returned
The security deposit is separate from the lodging deposit: it is $2,000 MXN per house and $3,000 MXN for Allegra Suites. It is returned after the property is inspected at check-out, as long as there is no damage, missing items or pending charges.
Bedrooms and capacity of each property
The five houses and Allegra Suites accommodate up to 61 people in total. Sofa beds or mattresses are already included in each property’s maximum and do not add new places.
Booking several houses for one group
The five Allegra Homes houses are next to each other and connect through garden doors. If you rent two or more, the doors are opened and you can walk from one house to another without going out to the street; if you rent just one, they stay closed. The combination is confirmed based on dates and availability.
Extra guests, sofa beds and air mattresses
If your group slightly exceeds the capacity of the house, we do not charge for those extra guests: you are welcome to use the sofa beds or air mattresses you bring, and they bring their own sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
Check-in, check-out and extra hours
In regular season, check-in is from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. and check-out is at 3:00 p.m. For long weekends, full weeks and high season, check-in is from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Where we are and how to prepare your arrival
The five Allegra Homes houses are administratively in Jiutepec; Allegra Suites and Jardín Allegra 55 are in Cuernavaca. All of them are in the Pedregal de las Fuentes area, within the Cuernavaca metropolitan area and a few minutes from each other.
Pool, heater and gas use
The properties have a pool and a heater. Heating the water is optional: as a reference, gas usually costs approximately $2,000 to $2,500 MXN for a full weekend at the houses, and $3,000 to $3,500 MXN at Allegra Suites.
Bed linens, kitchen, WiFi and air conditioning
Your stay includes bed linens, bath and pool towels and WiFi access. The houses have an equipped kitchen with utensils, a coffee maker, a blender and a microwave; the layout, the grill and the air conditioning vary by property.
Visitors, music and house rules during your stay
The stay is for the registered group. If you want to receive visitors or plan a celebration, let us know beforehand to confirm the space, the authorization and the applicable services.
Pets: ask before you book
Pets are not accepted as a general rule. At selected houses up to two small dogs may be authorized, always before booking and in writing. Allegra Suites does not accept pets.
Cancellations and no-shows
Communicate any cancellation in writing. With more than eight weeks’ notice, 100% of rental payments are refunded; between four and eight weeks, 50%; with less than four weeks there is no refund.
PRIVE: stay and celebration at Villa las Fuentes
PRIVE is the private nightclub located inside Villa las Fuentes, behind the pool. To enjoy it, you must rent that house and book PRIVE as an additional experience.
Combining your stay with a wedding or event
You can request a proposal that combines lodging at Allegra Homes or Allegra Suites with a celebration at Jardín Allegra 55. The event, visitors and lodging are confirmed separately within the proposal.
How to verify Allegra before booking
Check that the conversation, the quote, the contract and the payment details belong to Allegra. You can also look at the official property listings on Airbnb and the reviews linked from the website.
Food, brunch and taco bar during your stay
You can request food services such as a welcome taco bar (taquiza) or brunch. They are quoted separately and depend on the date, number of people, menu and availability.
How to book a date at Jardín Allegra 55
Booking the garden is handled separately from lodging. The date is normally reserved with $20,000 MXN and the total is split into four payments, but the exact schedule must be confirmed in the event proposal.
Cleaning before and during your stay
The property is delivered clean when you arrive. No rental includes cleaning during the stay; you can request it for $500 MXN for four hours, subject to availability and without food preparation.
