How to request availability and a quote
Share your dates, number of guests and the property you are interested in. The calendar or quote tool starts the request; your booking is confirmed only once the team verifies availability, rate, capacity and payment.
What information to have on hand
Tell us how many people will be staying, the nights you are looking for and whether you need one house, several houses or Allegra Suites. If you are planning a celebration, describe it separately.
The website offers a calendar and the “Cotiza tu hospedaje” (quote your stay) page. You can also contact the team on WhatsApp at 55 8531 8601.
How to read the response
Availability and amounts apply to specific dates: they are not kept as permanent answers in this Help Center. A response from the calendar or quote tool does not confirm the booking on its own.
Before paying, review the property, dates, services, conditions and total in the quote.
By property
- Allegra Suites: you can request one room or the full block of nine rooms. Common areas may be shared when there are individual bookings; exclusivity is confirmed only when the entire block is expressly booked.
