Check-in, check-out and extra hours
In regular season, check-in is from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. and check-out is at 3:00 p.m. For long weekends (Mexican holiday weekends), full-week stays and high season, check-in is from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
For a smoother arrival and departure
Maintenance welcomes you and inspects the property when you leave. Their contact is in the Arrival Guide we send you once your booking is confirmed.
- Arrival: call or message them about 30 minutes before you arrive, so they are ready to welcome you.
- Departure: let them know about 30 minutes before you plan to leave. The property inspection takes around half an hour.
- Towels: gather the bath and pool towels in one place. Counting them is what takes the longest, so having them together makes check-out much faster.
Which schedule applies to you
If you book a full week, the long-weekend and high-season schedule applies even if your dates fall in regular season. Your schedule appears in your quote.
Arriving earlier or leaving later
You can request extra hours to arrive earlier or leave later. Ask for them before planning your trip: they are authorized based on the property’s availability, and the charge appears in your quote. During high season, check-out cannot be extended.
By property
- Houses: $350 MXN per extra hour.
- Allegra Suites: $700 MXN per extra hour.
Breakfast or brunch the next day
Booking breakfast or brunch on Sunday? With our food packages you can get 1 to 2 extra hours at check-out at no cost, depending on the package and the property’s availability. We’ll confirm it with you when you book.
Prefer to hire an outside caterer for breakfast or brunch the day after your event? That is also possible during regular season. In that case a fee applies for the use of the space, and the caterer must follow our logistics, safety and cleaning guidelines. Guests staying with us keep their 3:00 p.m. check-out time.
