Cleaning before and during your stay
The property is clean when you arrive. No rental includes cleaning during the stay; you can request it for $500 MXN for four hours, subject to availability and without meal preparation.
What the rental includes
Before you arrive, the team prepares and cleans the property. The rate does not include daily service or additional cleaning while the group is staying.
Check-out cleaning is part of normal operations, but extra cleaning due to rule violations, damage or conditions beyond normal use may be deducted from the deposit in accordance with the contract.
How to request additional cleaning
Request it in advance. The published service is four hours for $500 MXN and does not include meal preparation.
It is subject to availability. When there is an event at Jardín Allegra 55, staff may be assigned to the garden and it is not always possible to service the houses or Allegra Suites. The service is only confirmed once the team authorizes it.
