Arrival, departure and location
Where we are and how to prepare your arrival
The five Allegra Homes houses are administratively in Jiutepec; Allegra Suites and Jardín Allegra 55 are in Cuernavaca. All of them are in the Pedregal de las Fuentes area, within the Cuernavaca metropolitan area and a few minutes from each other.
Before you leave
Allegra uses Cuernavaca as its commercial and travel reference because it is what people coming from Mexico City or the State of Mexico usually search for. For documents, routes and the location pin we send, the correct administrative municipality of each property is kept.
Make sure the destination is your property. The map on the Location (Ubicación) page points to Jardín Allegra 55, so it does not replace the arrival pin for each house.
The drive from Mexico City usually takes about 60 to 75 minutes, but it can vary with traffic, route and time of day. Once your booking is confirmed, we send you the Arrival Guide with the exact location of your property. Check that the link matches the property you booked before you leave.
Cars and groups
Parking options are available, but capacity depends on the property and the combination booked. Tell us how many cars you will bring so we can confirm the arrangement.
If your group needs transportation, share the arrival point, time and number of people so you can check options with the team.
