PRIVE: stay and celebration at Villa las Fuentes
PRIVE is the private nightclub located inside Villa las Fuentes, behind the pool. To enjoy it, you need to rent that house and book PRIVE as an add-on experience.
What it offers
The experience includes a DJ, a karaoke stage, robotic moving-head lights and a bar and nightclub atmosphere, screens, a bar with a waiter or bartender, illuminated lounge tables, glasses, ice and soft drinks. Approximate capacity: 40 to 60 people.
Tell us the date, time, duration and number of attendees so we can confirm the proposal. PRIVE is an optional service, at an additional cost to the Villa las Fuentes rental.
Prices
Minimum booking of 2 hours; PRIVE cannot be booked for a single hour. Prices in Mexican pesos. They do not include the Villa las Fuentes rental.
Drinks and house rules
- Drinks: You can bring the bottles and drinks you prefer. When you arrive, they must be handed to the bartender, who will serve them during the party.
- Minors: At celebrations with minors, they will not be served alcoholic drinks. Their care and supervision are the sole responsibility of their parents, relatives or guardians. Accordingly, the contracting party accepts that Allegra Homes and its staff are excluded from any liability.
- Hygiene and food: To keep the facilities clean, food is not allowed inside. Only snacks are permitted.
- Glass items: For everyone’s safety, bringing any glass item is strictly prohibited, including glasses and containers of any kind. The only exception is bottles of drinks, which must be handed to the bartender on arrival. Plastic cups are provided inside for your drinks.
- Items from the properties: Moving glasses, plates, cutlery or any other item from the Allegra Homes houses to the PRIVE area is not allowed.
- Items with fire or sparks: For safety and fire-prevention reasons, the use of any item that emits fire or sparks is strictly prohibited, including sparklers, flares, cold pyrotechnics or pyrotechnic candles.
- Prohibited conduct: Bringing in or using drugs, narcotics or illegal substances of any kind is strictly prohibited, as is carrying firearms or other dangerous objects. Likewise, prostitution and any other illegal activity are not tolerated on the premises.
- Smoke-free space: Out of respect for attendees and venue regulations, smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is prohibited inside PRIVE.
- Non-compliance: Failing to follow these rules may result in the immediate suspension of the service, without a refund.
Food and other areas
PRIVE is designed mainly for the celebration itself. You can combine it with food experiences or with the petit event area at Pedregal 20, subject to availability and booking.
How to book PRIVE
- Advance notice: PRIVE must be booked at least one week before your arrival. We need that time to prepare the space and make sure all the equipment is in optimal condition.
- Payments: A 50% deposit reserves it. The remaining 50% is paid together with the balance of the house rental, one week before your arrival.
- Prepaid service: PRIVE must be paid in full before the event; payments after the event are not accepted. If you want extra hours during the party, they cost $3,500 MXN each and are paid before they start.
- Cancellations: The PRIVE deposit follows the same cancellation rules as the house rental.

- Other properties: staying at another house or at Allegra Suites does not automatically give you access to PRIVE.
