Visitors, music and house rules during your stay
Your stay is for the registered group. If you would like to have visitors or plan a celebration, let us know in advance so we can confirm the space, the authorization and any services that apply.
Visitors and celebrations
Additional guests are not allowed without prior authorization, and parties or events are not allowed without a specific booking for them. A lodging reservation does not, by itself, authorize an event.
The number of attendees and the conditions are reviewed for each property and activity.
House rules
Keep the volume moderate, especially outdoors, and lower it even more after midnight. Party speakers and jukeboxes are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is not allowed, and neither are fireworks, flares, sky lanterns or any other devices that give off fire or sparks. Weapons, drugs and narcotics are also not allowed. The full conditions are set out in the contract.
By property
- Pedregal 20: has an area for small (petit) events that costs $5,000 MXN, separate from the house rental and free of charge for guests who rent two or more houses. Ask about availability.
- Villa las Fuentes: PRIVE is booked as an add-on experience with its own conditions.
