Frequently Asked Questions

Can we arrive on any day, or only weekends?
Yes. For the World Cup we accept flexible arrivals any day of the week, not just Friday–Sunday, as long as we have availability.
Is there a minimum stay?
For most World Cup packages we work with 3–4 nights minimum, and for larger groups or exclusive use of several villas we usually recommend 4–7 nights. Tell us your dates and we’ll see what works best.
How do payments work? Can we pay in USD?
We can quote in MXN and USD. Payments can be made by bank transfer in Mexico or, for some packages, to a USD account. Once we know your dates and package, we’ll send you a clear payment schedule.
Is transport to the stadiums in Mexico City included?
Transport is not included by default, but we help you coordinate private vans and drivers for match days at an extra cost. We’ll suggest schedules and meeting points so your group travels comfortably and safely.
Which languages do you speak?
We speak Spanish and English, and we’re used to hosting international guests from the US, Canada and Europe.
Can you host private events for our group during the World Cup?
